What we know about you and what we do with it.
In short: we collect only what you write to us yourself, we use it to answer you, and we do not sell it to anyone.

The website tonusgo.com is run by Tonus Nutrition Ltd. („Тонус Нутришън“ ЕООД), company no. 205940295, registered at 98 Bulgaria Blvd., 1680 Sofia, Bulgaria. TonusGo is our trading brand.

What data we collect and why

We do not collect payment data through this site. We do not build profiles and we do not make automated decisions that affect you legally.
The team survey is anonymous
The survey does not ask who you are. Your office sees only a summary result, and only once at least ten people have answered, so that nobody can tell who said what. Your browser remembers only that an answer has already been given from it, so one person is not counted twice.
On what basis
We process your data because you asked for an offer, a link or a site visit and we need to take steps before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation), and because of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and protecting the site from abuse (Article 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
- Offer enquiries and site-visit requests — up to two years from our last contact, unless we become customer and supplier; then according to the contract and the law.
- Summary survey results — up to one year.
- Email correspondence — up to two years.
If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we do.
Who else sees it
Your data reaches only people and companies that help us work:
- the website hosting provider;
- the provider of the email sending service;
- the partner who would stock the fridge at your site — only if you request a site visit or accept an offer, and only as far as needed to confirm they can serve you.
We do not sell or pass on data for advertising. If any of our providers processes data outside the European Economic Area, this happens under the safeguards the Regulation requires.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and to object to processing. Write to us at info@tonusgo.com and we reply within one month.
If you believe we are infringing your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection: 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, kzld@cpdp.bg.
Purchases from the fridges
When you buy food from a smart fridge, the seller is the partner who stocks it, and the payment goes through their payment terminal. They are responsible for that data, under their own privacy policy.
Changes
If we change this page materially, we will change the date at the top. If you have already left us an email and the change affects you, we will write to you.
