What the site is

The site describes the TonusGo service and gives you three tools: an offer questionnaire, an anonymous survey for your team and a request for a site-visit time. Using them is free and commits you to nothing.

Offers are indicative

• The offer you receive after the questionnaire is prepared automatically from your answers and is indicative.
• It becomes final after a visit to the site and after confirmation from the partner who would stock the fridge.
• The offer is valid for 30 days from the day it is sent.
• Neither the indicative nor the final offer is a contract. We are bound only by a signed contract between us.

The numbers on the site

The lunch-break calculations and the customer ratings on the site are examples and figures for past periods. They show what has happened elsewhere and are not a promise for your office.

The team survey

The survey is anonymous and its result is a guide. People often say they will buy more than they later do, so do not treat it as a turnover forecast.

The site-visit request

The time you choose is a request. It is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us. If we cannot make that time, we will suggest another.

Purchases from the fridges

The food in the fridges is sold by the partner who stocks them. They are the seller, they issue the receipt, and questions about a product, a price or a refund go to them. Their contact details are on the fridge itself and on the e-receipt.

What we expect from you

• To fill in the forms with true details and for a company you are entitled to represent.
• Not to use the site in a way that disrupts it — for example with automated requests.

Content and brands

The texts, the photos and the TonusGo brand on this site are ours or are used with permission. The names and logos of partners and locations belong to their owners. You may share links to the site; for any other use, write to us.

Liability

We try to keep the information here accurate and up to date, but the site is provided as it is. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the example calculations or an indicative offer before we have a signed contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes we cannot settle by talking are settled by the competent court in Sofia.
